Will you rent out some or all of the space, and if so, who is the target audience for your project? You will need to choose the size of your building plot according to the size of your project and consider the number and type of buildings to be constructed on it. Think about parking for your customers and employees or adapting the space to your activities (do you need parking spaces for utility vehicles, for example). The support of an architect will be essential: their expertise will help when it comes to drawing up plans that suit your chosen site and making the best possible use of the space while remaining within your budget.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
