To introduce Mauritians to the flavours of this type of food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite numerous challenges, Jean-No\u00ebl continued to fine-tune his project, bringing a personal touch to each recipe \u2013 notably through the creation of his own sauces. Eventually, he opened his caravan, and quickly found success!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Always varied and full of flavour, his menu now extends beyond burgers; hotdogs, sandwiches and paninis are always served with a smile! Jean-No\u00ebl uses fresh produce in all his dishes, ensuring that the quality of everything he creates is top-notch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jean-No\u00ebl&#8217;s van has become more and more popular over the years, drawing numerous visitors, as well as local residents, from Tuesday to Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flic-en-Flac village, with its pretty beach and varied shops, holds a special place in Jean-No\u00ebl\u2019s heart. His next goal?
