On June 21, the SPARC sports centre – a well-known locale of the West – took on a new vibe as it turned into a musical village brimming with fun and talent, from the lounge-like ambiance to an evening sprinkled with performances by local artists to the night ending with a DJ spinning tunes on turntables!
The venue offered more than music: attendees could unwind in relaxation spots while the little ones kept busy in a dedicated children’s corner filled with activities, and food stalls provided treats, ensuring a complete entertainment experience.
And for sports enthusiasts, the evening coincided with a Euro 2024 match, with France and the Netherlands clashing live on a giant screen! SPARC transformed into a vibrant hub with an electrifying atmosphere, pulsating with the energy of music and football.

The festivities kicked off on Friday, June 21 as guests arrived from 6PM and were greeted with breathtaking views over Tamarin Bay and soothing sounds of lounge music. As the evening progressed, attendees moved on to a delightful international buffet accompanied by soft melodies of a live quartet, and the night capped off with a DJ spinning beats as they danced under the stars.
Phantom of the Opera Night
Saturday transformed Tamarina into an elegant stage for a unique experience, “Phantom of the Opera Night”, a first-of-its-kind event for Tamarina, that seamlessly blended live music and fine dining. The iconic musical took centre stage as renowned vocalists Katrin Caine and Jean-Michel Ringadoo belted out captivating renditions of the show’s most beloved pieces. The evening was a sophisticated affair as artists adorned black tie outfits and the signature red mask. The celebrations sashayed on with live musical performances by a saxophonist and a violinist, concluding the musical evening.
Sunday Brunch
On Sunday June 23, Epicureans of the West were in for a delightful and indulgent treat at the “Sunday Brunch” from 10AM to 3PM with a wide selection of dishes, from made-to-order eggs, decadent pastries and sweets, hot and cold dishes. Guests sat back and relaxed by the pool while others dug their toes into the sand, unwinding with family and friends to the calming melodies of chill-out music.
